Another, this time much more serious problem, for Dell. According to all major news sources, the computer manufacture is recalling more than 4 million laptop batteries due to safety reasons.
Personally, I never liked Dell's laptops, always preferring IBM's.

i purchased a hard drive
i purchased a hard drive with upgrade kit for notebook... they took 5 hrs on the phone with me.... they insisted twice i send a perfectly good hard drive back to them so they could send me the complete order with the upgrade kit.... i sent the hard drive back the first time .... the second time i just bought the upgrade kit on my own...
they are awful...
they are impossible to reach...
buy from hp or lenovo, if you are smart...
terrible....
